Meet Joanne

I’m an interior designer, interior design business coach, content creator, and ex-high school teacher of Business and Economics. My first degree was in Economics- so pricing is my jam!

I’ve been running my own interior design business for 15 years.

I started my interior design business in 2008, establishing an office and retail store in Hong Kong in 2012. Though I studied Economics and Business- I had to figure out ways to run my projects profitably…this is where pricing came in. I realised quickly that discounting my prices, though it won me projects, did not ensure a profit, nor was it particularly creatively rewarding.

This course is based on theory but refined with experience. It is a roadmap that will ensure that you are creating a business that will sustain you for the long haul.

This is where we dig deep into strategy. We’ll gauge our value, set our prices, and ensure our messaging aligns with our branding. We’ll also put together packages that offer your clients value at different price points- keeping you competitive while optimizing your profit.

Let’s talk about money
