We start with a 20 minute discovery call where we will talk about your needs and commitment.
Usually, since we are completing a lot of tasks that require the use of a computer, we meet online so that the session can be recorded. However, anything is possible if our schedules and locations allow.
Want to get results fast? With a personalised approach, I can help you reach your goals according to your schedule.

Our coaching sessions are one hour and will follow a customised format designed especially for you. They are recorded and can be accessed on your personalised coaching hub.
Coaching sessions are scheduled regularly according to your requirements and time line. Usually they are held at least once per week initially and then scheduled fortnightly or monthly according to your needs.
Clients commit to a program of at least 3 months coaching scheduled at least fortnightly so that we can make sustained progress.
Coaching is a collaborative process. We work together to determine your goals, reveal your strengths and formulate an action plan.

I’m obsessed with interiors and crafting beautiful spaces that clients love! On an average day, you’ll find me trawling design stores, looking at vintage finds for my clients, designing on my computer & in Procreate, playing with my dog and cooking delicious meals! I moved recently back to Sydney from Hong Kong and am lucky to be based both in beautiful Berry, on the south coast of NSW and Surry Hills in Sydney.
